What happens to our existing records? We load your student and family data from your spreadsheet during setup, which is how nearly every school starts. Historical Qur'an progress is usually entered as a current position rather than a full back-history, since re-keying years of registers rarely pays for itself.
Do parents need to download anything? No. Parents receive an invitation email and log in through a browser on any device. Removing the app-store step meaningfully increases how many families actually activate their account.
Can we control what teachers see? Yes. Teachers are assigned to specific classes and can only view and edit students in those classes. Administrators see the whole school.
What if we outgrow it? You can export your data at any time. It is worth asking any vendor this before committing, not after.
