The hardest part of any weekend school rollout is not the software, it is asking unpaid volunteers to change how they work. A few things make it stick.
Ask for one behavior, not five. For the first month, teachers do exactly one new thing: mark the register on their phone. Add Qur'an logging only once the register is automatic.
Do the setup for them. Import students, build the classes and assign teachers before anyone else sees it. A teacher's first experience should be a working class list with their own students in it, not an empty screen.
Show it once, in person, on their own phone. Two minutes at the start of a Sunday, on the device they will actually use, is worth more than any written guide.
